The demon Depression can be a sneaky bastard. It lies to you and convinces you of things that the logical brain knows aren't true and the problem seems to be insurmountable. I remember the first time I was told that I may have to take anti-depressants for the rest of my life. I think it took me another 20 years to accept that fact. I too, hate taking pills but life is often so much harder without them. Thanks for sharing this, you explain it very well.
